In MY unbiased and humble opinion, it wouldn't be terribly tragic should he get assassinated just a little.
As for Sho, under normal circumstances he would definitely be out of this plot, but the circumstances are hardly normal. And unless he's wearing chain mail there is something very suspicious indeed with this fellow's skin. Some kind of self-alteration perhaps? One can never tell.
Tho I guess Kylie left him too wounded for him to do much else but escape....

I guess it wasn't very clear from that particular shot, but if I do get a chance to draw it up close, I'm sure it'll become clearer there. ;)
