umm...i really hope she didn't freeze the flow up above...that would be really bad...that is tons of water that becomes tons of solid mass that really hurts when it lands on pretty much anything.
on the bright side i doubt his fire attack will be strong enough to counter this ice attack. he might have bitten off more than he can chew considering what her LCF did to a village...
