Ehehe, luckily for him, she aimed it so it wouldn't affect allies. ;) (Though if he'd gotten on her nerves and wasn't necessary to revive someone she might've just let it hit him anyway. Just sayin' XD)

The Laifen reads "Flames of ice, entrap my foes." The 's' is a little different than in newer comics.

Also, I'm unsure about the symbols on her sword's hilt. Most the symbols are unfamiliar to me, but I think it's written vertically (letters stacked on top of each-other), and letters 4-6 look like 'hit.' The first two letters each look like they MIGHT be 'e' or 'f,' but don't quote me on that.
