Hey folks, thanks so much for your patience over the last couple of weeks. So, my wrist pain is persisting even with some rest, and I'm trying various remedies to get it to stop being such a pain. It's not so bad that I can't draw, though -- it's just that I can't draw for long periods at a time. I think for now, we're going to put the update schedule on a sort of weird "I'll update when the page is done" schedule, as it's taking me significantly longer to complete a page with the wrist issue because I'm trying to take it easy. I won't go on hiatus until my wrist heals completely because I have a feeling it's going to a lasting problem for a while; instead, I'll plug away at comics and upload probably once every 10 days or so. When the schedule can be back to a relatively normal weekly update, I will let you all know. >.<*
The mention of a weapon cache here was briefly alluded to here, with Michael giving a mini primer on Stiles Originals here, for those who would like a little refresher on these topics. :)
I hope you guys enjoyed today's update - the next one will come hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks so much for reading! ;v;*
If it's this persistent, PLEASE get it checked out.
I have a buddy who had "sore wrists", and he eventually had Carpal Tunnel surgeries. The good thing is, they can be done in a Doctor's office in about 15 minutes, and the recovery isn't that long these days. It didn't take him long to get back fiddling with network cabling and cooking for his family.
Wrist injuries can be nagging injuries that just don't seem to heal quickly. Not sure if you have tried a wrist brace or can, but it may help. My father had to wear one for about a month once when he twisted his. Also important to rest it and not overdo things. Get better, your health comes first.
Sorry to hear your wrist has been bothering you. It sucks when doing something you love hurst. I get the same thing in my back while playing guitar.
Sorry to hear your wrist is still sore. Maybe could you try a wrist brace for a while, at intervals?
